Refund Policy

Effective: {{EFFECTIVE_DATE}}

This Policy explains when a purchase on Terasuv10 can be refunded and how the refund is paid out. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. How refunds are paid

Every approved refund is credited to your Terasuv10 balance. Purchases are paid from the balance, so refunds go back to the balance; they are not paid out to a card, bank account or any other payment method, and the balance cannot be withdrawn.

A refunded subscription is revoked when the refund is issued. A refunded gift is returned to the buyer’s balance and the gift is withdrawn.

2. When a refund can be considered

A direct purchase can be considered for a refund until the product has been deployed to your device or the license key has been activated, whichever happens first. After that, refunds are at our discretion, except where mandatory law requires one or we confirm that you were charged incorrectly.

We will also credit the balance where a purchase was duplicated or charged by a technical error, or where we permanently discontinue a product (see the Terms).

3. When a refund is not available

  • the license key has been activated;
  • the product was deployed and the problem is caused by an unsupported system, a game version outside the stated requirements, or third-party software;
  • action was taken by a game publisher or platform against you or your account;
  • the account was restricted or closed for breaching the Terms;
  • the purchase was obtained with a promo code or referral discount that was abused.

4. How to ask

Open a support ticket from your account with the order details and the reason. We may ask for more information to verify the request. You can also write to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}, but tickets are faster to verify and track. We will answer in the ticket and credit the balance when the request is approved.

5. Your statutory rights

This Policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live, including any statutory right of withdrawal that cannot lawfully be excluded for digital content.
